LEGAL AGREEMENT: By purchasing any digital product (Software Key, Template, Asset) or Service from TANKLI, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Our Business

TANKLI operates as a hybrid digital marketplace offering:

  • Reselling of Software Licenses: We act as an authorized reseller of OEM and Retail activation keys. We do not claim ownership of the software intellectual property (e.g., Windows, Adobe).
  • Digital Downloads: We provide Website Templates (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), Vector Graphics, and Stock Footage.
  • Technical Services: We offer installation support, template setup, and configuration services.

2. Licensing Agreement for Digital Assets

When you purchase a creative asset (Template, Graphic, Video) from TANKLI, you are purchasing a License to Use, not the ownership of the original asset.

2.1 What You Can Do:

  • Use the item in a single end product for yourself or a client.
  • Modify the item to fit your project needs.

2.2 What You Cannot Do:

  • Re-sell, re-distribute, or share the source files on other marketplaces.
  • Offer the item as a free download to others.

3. Software Activation Keys

By purchasing a license key, you acknowledge that:

  • The key is for activation purposes only. You are responsible for downloading the official software installer from the manufacturer's website.
  • You must ensure your hardware meets the minimum system requirements (e.g., TPM 2.0 for Windows 11).
  • Unless specified as "Global", keys may be region-locked.

4. Service & Installation Policy

For products that include "Installation Support":

  • We act as technical consultants to help you activate your purchased product.
  • We are not liable for any existing software conflicts or data loss on your device. Always backup your data before our intervention.

5. Limitation of Liability

TANKLI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia.
