You can use Designs created with MARIATOO for all kinds of merchandise, such as T-Shirts, Posters, Mugs etc. Including Print On Demand products with

no limit of quantity

√ Use Designs as rasterized images as part of digital end products for sale

Digital end product means: A product like an e-book, magazine, or digital calendar that contains Designs as part of the product (this does not include

selling Designs as stock material to reuse for third parties)

√ Use Designs for multiple clients and multiple projects

There is no limit to the number of designs you create for clients, personal or commercial projects

√ Use Designs for websites, apps, or video games

Only as rasterized images

√ Use Designs for physical and digital Ads

Only as rasterized images

√ Use Designs for social media posts

Only as rasterized images

Prohibited Use You are not allowed to:
× Resell or offer Designs as digital stock material
Stock material means: Designs that are sublicensed for further creative use. This includes sharing, selling, distributing, or making Designs available for download

on other platforms

× Sublicense or claim exclusive rights to use Designs

This includes using Designs as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, or service mark

× Use Designs in a way that infringes intellectual property of brand assets or other elements

Brand assets mean: Recognizable elements that embody a company’s identity

× Use Designs in a way that competes with

MARIATOO’s business

This could be image stock platforms, digital marketplaces, or cloud-based design software

× Use Designs for pornographic, illegal or immoral purposes

This includes using Designs in a way that would be reasonably likely to bring any person or property reflected in the Content into disrepute
