Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TANKLI, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. However, due to the intangible nature of digital goods (keys and downloadable files), our refund policy is strict to prevent abuse.
💳 Refund Method: Store Wallet Only
Please Read Carefully: Our platform operates on a "Closed Loop Balance" system.
- All approved refunds are processed as Store Credit to your TANKLI Wallet.
- Wallet funds never expire and can be used to purchase any item on our store.
- Strictly No Cash Withdrawals: Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to bank accounts, PayPal, or exchanged for cash.
1. General No-Refund Rule
IMPORTANT: Once a digital file has been downloaded or a license key has been revealed/viewed via email or account dashboard, it is considered "consumed" and is NON-REFUNDABLE (unless technically defective).
2. Software License Keys
We offer a 100% Store Credit Guarantee or Instant Replacement ONLY if:
- The key is invalid, used, or blocked upon delivery.
- The product key does not match the version described (e.g., you bought Pro but received Home).
- We are unable to provide a working replacement key within 24 hours.
We DO NOT refund if:
- You bought the wrong version by mistake and have already viewed the key.
- You do not know how to use the software.
- Your computer is not compatible with the software.
3. Digital Assets (Templates, Vectors, Footage)
Refunds for downloadable assets are granted to your Wallet only if:
- The file is technically corrupt and cannot be opened.
- The item is materially different from the demo preview images.
Refunds are not granted if you simply "changed your mind" after downloading the file.
4. Services (Installation & Setup)
- Full Wallet Refund: Cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- No Refund: Once the service (installation/setup) has been successfully completed.
5. Balance Transfers & Security
You have the option to transfer your Wallet funds to another registered user on TANKLI (e.g., as a gift).
- Transfers are instant and irreversible.
- To prevent system abuse (such as fake accounts for signup bonuses), a security fee applies.
- Transfer Fee: $1.00 USD per transaction.
