Refund and Returns Policy

We sell digital items, depending on their specifics, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the reasons for requesting a refund are:

• Item not downloaded;
• Item downloaded but not working (approval required);
• Items are missing;
• The product downloaded does not match the product listed;

Otherwise you are not entitled to a refund as the digital item is available for download and use immediately after purchase and is no longer under our control.

All refund requests require confirmation, if a refund is confirmed, you will only be refunded the cost of the item, no other payment fees will be refunded.
